Preselect Support

Due to the nature of Preselect you will find that it is very immune to problems. In fact, Preselect problems will be limited to the following issues, relating to your Mobile, National and International Calls.

  • Poor call quality
  • Cannot connect
  • Call drop outs

If you experience any of these issues, the recommended course of action would be as follows.

  1. Make sure you are still preselected to us.
  2. Check to see if the problem is apparent on another service eg from your mobile phone?
  3. Log the exact date and time, and phone number you are calling.
  4. Contact our support team, via email or phone
