Issue: Services are currently down due to unplanned power outages caused by the severe weather conditions and heavy rainfall across parts of Cairns and Bowen regions in QLD. Local power suppliers are working to restore power to the affected areas soon as possible.

The backhaul supplier and their vendor has confirmed that all roads are closed due to heavy flooding, and exploring other options via air isn't possible due to the severe winds and current conditions. They are monitoring the situation and will provide us with further updates on the progress of the repair efforts.

Back haul engineers have been working with vendors and power suppliers to restore power. They have confirmed further that they are being affected by a wider power outage and challenges accessing the sites due to the severe weather conditions.
