Issue: Backhaul provider responded to two fibre cable breaks
impacting the South-East Melbourne area that affected nbn. The two breaks
involved aerial cables and they believe they are unrelated incidents.
The first fibre break, on a busy road, was caused by a
traffic incident near Mulgrave.
The second aerial fibre break occurred two hours later in
the Tottenham area of Melbourne.
