Purpose of Maintenance: Preventative Maintenance
We will be reconfiguring our primary internet gateway router for Gigcity into Colocity DC3 to provide maximum resiliency. On completion some automated fail-over tests will be conducted. Several brief interruptions of approximately 15 minutes may be noticeable throughout the planned window. This has been planned with shorter notice due to SAPN works which are being conducted. A separate advisory will be distributed.
If services have not been restored after the outage, please try power cycling your router (do not factory reset) and waiting a few minutes.
No further updates will be provided unless adverse impact is experienced.
