Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Account security is important, so we've enabled the option of protecting your MyAccount access with Two Factor Authentication, known as 2FA.

2FA is an extra layer of security enforced before access is granted. When 2FA is enabled, logging into My Account will require both your EscapeNet username and password and a valid One Time Password (OTP). The OTP is known as a second "factor" helping to prove who you are.

The OTP is generated using a free app called Google Authenticator. It is available from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Google Authenticator is easily configured by scanning your unique QR code as generated within MyAccount. The app will display to you a OTP that you'll need to enter when you log into MyAccount. The OTP changes every 30 seconds so you'll need your phone with you when logging into MyAccount.

By enabling 2FA you'll help restrict access to your account to legitimate persons having your username and password as well as your smartphone.
